2. Eligibility

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.

  • The information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

  • You will use our website only for lawful purposes.

3. Products

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.

However:

  • Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings, photography, or lighting.

  • As some fabrics and prints involve handcrafted techniques, minor variations in weave, texture, print placement, or finish may naturally occur and should not be considered defects.

  • Product images are for representation purposes only.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

AURSKI reserves the right to:

  • Modify product prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Correct pricing errors.

  • Cancel orders placed due to obvious pricing mistakes.

5. Payments

We accept secure payments through:

  • UPI

  • Credit Cards

  • Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (where available)

Payment gateways are operated by trusted third-party providers. AURSKI does not store your complete payment information.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery orders require verification through a phone call or WhatsApp message before dispatch.

If verification cannot be completed within a reasonable period, AURSKI reserves the right to cancel the order.

Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer FREE shipping across India.

  • Prepaid orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and Government holidays.

  • COD orders are dispatched after successful verification.

  • Estimated delivery:

    • Prepaid Orders: 3–5 business days

    • COD Orders: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation:

Prepaid Orders

  • Within 3 hours of placing the order.

COD Orders

  • Within 24 hours of placing the order or during the verification process, whichever is earlier.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered.

  • Product received in a damaged condition.

Exchanges are available for:

  • Wrong product delivered.

  • Damaged product.

  • Genuine size or fit-related issues (where applicable).

An uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all return and exchange requests.

Approved refunds are processed after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved. Refunds are generally completed within 7–15 business days to the original payment method, after deduction of applicable shipping charges where applicable.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing and shipping information.

  • Maintain valid contact details.

  • Cooperate during COD verification.

  • Inspect products immediately after delivery.

  • Report eligible issues within the specified time period.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or cancellation of the order.
